Chokeslam is "Dr. Cool" Byron
Travis (guitar), "Booth" Matt Booth (bass), "Neal Sexxx"
(drums), and "Dr. Chokeslam" (vocals). This hard edged rock
group had to go all the way to Brownsville, Texas to pick up Dr. Cool
as their ax man. Dr. Cool is also the master of technical mat
wrestling. Dr. Chokeslam and Mr. Skill (the Chokeslam groupie) formed
the tag team "S.O.S." over two years ago and have remained
undefeated to this day, earning the OVWF (now the OHW) tag team
titles. Their last successful title defense was a grueling victory
over Big Lord Yogi and Flaming John at the Christmas Warfare
pay-per-view. Neal Sexxx, and his alter ego, The Rabid Squirrel, have
to be one of the most antagonizing duos around. You never know when
the Rabid Squirrel or Sexxx will show up during a match. He has
had some classic bouts with Dr. Cool, Dustin "The Mexican"
Fife, Ryan the Worm, and Beefy Tits. Booth has chosen the promoter
role instead of an active wrestler. He's the man that sets up all of
our sanctioned matches, usually putting us in the infamous Basement. Our music has the same intensity as our wrestling. Crowd favorites such as "Sick of You", "Go Away" and "Monkeys" come from the early, more pissed off days of the band, and it shows in the product. Newer hits like "Opposition", The Other Day" and the incomparable "Theme Song" show the band's progress and musical talent.
